Credflow - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Create content that drives higher retention among existing clients.
- Working on scaling up existing marketing channels like Email, LinkedIn, PR, Referrals.
- Tracking data for important metrics across channels.
- Working with the engineering team to help scale up existing marketing systems.
- Working on new projects such as Google Ads, Video Creatives, etc.
- Help grow the Credflow brand through data-driven digital marketing campaigns
- Campaign ideation, project management and implementation of marketing programs
- Analytical planning for inbound lead-gen, with heavy emphasis on SEO, CRO and A/B Testing
- Leverage marketing automation tools to manage lead generation activities to deliver qualified leads to the sales team
- Research and identify opportunities to increase efficiencies within the Marketing team to accommodate our rapid growth
- Assist in tracking and optimizing marketing budgets
Key Skills:
- Analytical and comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions. Results oriented.
- Monitoring knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign, and/or HTML is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated and hands-on approach to projects
