Therefore, with this vision, we established CredFlow in 2019, offering robust financial management by directly integrating with the business's Tally or Busy ERP, which will provide an organization with real-time analytics and deep insights into their business.
The role and what we are looking for:
- Reach out to warm leads via calls and schedule product demos.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Share product quotations and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Encourage customer referrals from existing paid users.
- Provide exceptional after-sale support.
- Share weekly and monthly sales forecasts for probable conversions.
- Collect and relay product feedback to the product management team.
Must Haves:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Strong logical and analytical abilities.
- A smart and collaborative team player.
- Experience in an early-stage startup is a plus.
- Graduate/Postgraduate
