Credenc - Executive - Telesales (1-5 yrs)
Telesales Executive will be required to:
- Speak to students/parents regarding educational loans on leads generated from the Website, App and partner institutions and persuade them to take financing from Credenc (by following a prepared script with product reference information)
- Handhold and assist the prospective borrowers with filling the loan application form on Credenc App or website
- Deliver the targets of sales on a daily basis & manage strong follow-ups
- Have good knowledge of computer and be able to maintain and update customer information and call-record MIS
- Meet daily calls target
- Be fluent in English and Hindi. Fluency in any other vernacular language would be a plus
