Social Media Manager- Bangalore

Overview of the job :

- We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with 3-5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of social media channels. The concerned person will be responsible for building the CredAble brand on social media and building an online community on digital platforms.

- You will be reporting to

- The position will directly be reporting to Associate Director - Product Growth, enabling them to promote product and brand via all social channels, in-line with the overall marketing strategy.

What You Will Be Doing ?

- Creating content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media.

- Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with CredAble's brand and social media strategy.

- Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and TweetDeck.

- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.

- Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.

- Building and maintaining an online community for CredAble/ CredAble products.

- Managing the online reputation of CredAble/CredAble products and helping users/potential users via channels like WhatsApp & Telegram.

What You will Bring Along ?

- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing.

- Knowledge of all social networking platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Impeccable grammar.

- Demonstrated ability to learn pretty much anything quickly.

- Attention to detail.

- Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently.

- Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

- Familiarity with multiple marketing channels.

- Thirst to be constantly learning, and experimenting.
