- The Brand communication specialist will be responsible :
- Streamline Brand communication and create guidelines that define our company's voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
- Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define our company's positioning
- Craft our differentiation strategy
- Brief our creative team about marketing projects they- ll be working on (for example ebooks, email campaigns and advertising banners)
- Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses
- Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets
- Passion for creating, sustaining and growing brand
- Experience with customer lifecycle management, journey mapping & segmentation
What You Will Do:
- Develop innovative and functional content strategy that support product and deliver compelling, multichannel experiences across all digital marketing touchpoints (CRM, Web, Media, Social, Mobile, and Search).
- Digital Campaign Strategy & Planning.
- Email Campaign Planning, Deployment, and Automation.
- Work with our in-house web and creative teams to manage the email production process including production and localization.
- Craft Measurement Plans to set campaign KPI's and establish benchmarks for success
- Develop segment-based content strategies that delivers the right message
- Personalized Content Strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI, Web, Mobile and other strategic stakeholders to measure campaign performance, analyze customer LTV, and identify opportunities for alignment and optimization across all digital touchpoints
- Identify lead KPI- s, craft comprehensive measurement plans, and continuously optimize engagement strategies and tactics based on data-driven decision making
What you must have for this role :
- Work experience as a Brand Communication or similar role in Content creation
- Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
- Experience developing content strategies based on market segmentation
- Data-driven thinking
- Creativitywriting skills
