Creative & Marketing Lead (0-3 yrs)
1. Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with our target audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns to optimize results.
2. Social Media Handling:
- Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling visual and written content that showcases our products and brand identity.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
3. Shoots and Content Planning:
- Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal collections.
- Work closely with photographers, stylists, models, and other creatives to ensure the successful execution of shoots.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for photo and video content.
- Manage the post-production process, including editing and retouching, to maintain brand consistency and quality.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Fashion from NIFT or other leading institutes
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and content creation within the fashion industry.
- Strong creative vision and aesthetic sensibility with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and digital marketing best practices.
