Creative Manager - Internet/Online (6-10 yrs)
Role Summary (Creative Manager):
Desired Experience & Skills:
- The person should have 6+ years of relevant advertising, branding & marketing experience and should be open to work in a high paced team, which caters to multiple brand pitches.
- You will be the lead for all brand association ideas, presentations & creative and shall also be the front face in most client meetings.
- You shall also work towards sustaining the client with engagement ideas so that the brand can nurture a long-term relationship with RailYatri
- Adding strategic prowess to the flow of the presentations and making them a lot more awesome and creative will be one of your core roles. You will be the creative churner for concept cards, mock-ups, and scripts; you will add all the missing magic to wow the brand.
- You shall storyboard or translate ideas for client presentations and further associations.
- You will lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines & brand guidelines.
- You shall evaluate and, if necessary alter, the content of projects before completion. Ensure that the brand's or client's visuals & guidelines are maintained during their association with us.
- You should have strong digital and online exposure and understanding.
- You will be the key sign off on projects before they are presented to the client.
Key skills
- Creativity skills: Must be good at creating concepts and think brand strategy. They must have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
- Communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas to clients or brands.
- Should have evolved design & content skills.
