Position : Creative Head


Experience : 10-12 years

CTC : under 20 lakhs

Role : We are looking a creative head to manage our brand communication and visual identity across all online channels - social media, marketplaces, brand campaigns, performance marketing, own website, video assets, etc.

Responsibilities :

- Understand the brand, the products and the value proposition and ensure consistency in creatives and communication across channels.

- Develop creative strategy for all digital channels in line with current trends, brand proposition and marketing objectives.

- Think, create and execute digital ideas with speed and finesse.

- Manage the in house team of designers and copywriters and work with creative agencies (if required). Be responsible for the creative output of the team/agency while maintaining high standards.

- Measure and monitor the impact of work done across digital channels.


- Analyse, review and report the effectiveness in order to optimise efforts and maximise results.

Key Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of digital platforms including social channels and how they can contribute to meeting business objectives.

- Ability to work in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

- Keep up to date with social and digital trends.

- Experience of working in a digital set up.

- Strong managerial skills and the ability to make quick changes.
