Creative/Digital Marketing Role - Advertising Firm (3-5 yrs)
Primary purpose of the role :
- Effectively planning creative solutions and aiding in defining the scope of work across pitches and on-going content work.
- Collaborating with the Business Development department of Communities Vertical to develop and propose value added, interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
- Researching and monitoring Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve content offerings.
- Coordination with the all Internal Departments for all the pitch and strategy requirements from planning till execution and follow up with the team.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Solutions and ideas offered for campaigns and pitches should be fact-filled, active and engaging to avoid rework and aligned with brief.
- Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with third party like director, producer and vendors etc. for the respective brands.
- Ensure that the Creative team contributes to Innovative & Interactive Digital Media solutions that help the different teams to excel in their campaign.
- Ensure on time and effective communication with internal team to ensure that clients timelines are met.
- Carry out in-depth research about the client's brand and competitor brands, including previous campaigns run by the client's brand along with competitor brands. Keep abreast with current emerging industry trends.
- Evaluate the demographics of specific media users by analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits to identify target audience appropriate creative ideas and solutions.
- Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas to take the campaign, pitches forward and help make decisions for creative buckets.
- Make suggestions to determine the most effective platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) that allows a client to convey messages to target audiences taking into consideration its outreach, frequency of reach and budget.
