Creative Designer/Content Role - Startup (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for smart, and high-quality start-up enthusiasts to join our ambitious team. We believe in keeping our teams lean and looking for candidates who want significant ownership and decision-making power
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for all the print & digital communication of the company and incorporate design thinking in all of the projects.
- Understand information to create a concept and turn it into a storytelling piece. And enhance it through graphics.
- Design marketing collateral with a view to enhance the brand value in the long run.
- Work closely with the marketing and growth teams to align the designs with the business goals.
- Stay up to date / maintain knowledge about best practices, trends, products, etc for design and marketing.
Requirements
- Ability to create aesthetic designs along with a great sense of information flow.
- A portfolio should showcase these.
- Experience in working closely with brand or/and marketing team from concept to launch delivering the delightful user experience.
- In both, print and digital collaterals.
- Ability to balance many projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize time and energy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
- Basic familiarity with user-centric research methodologies.
