Location : Chennai (Hyrbid Module)

You will be responsible for ingesting and understanding design briefs for a multitude of templated and custom ad formats, working through feedback and revision rounds, seeking input and mentorship from senior leads, and assisting commercial teams with creative inquiries.

Requirements :

- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts, Multimedia, or Advertising Arts

- 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or design

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong knowledge of design production using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

- Strong motion design experience with Adobe Animate

- Basic video editing using Adobe After Effects and Media Encoder

- Basic knowledge of Google Web Designer, Dreamweaver, HTML5, and JS is a plus

- Ability to stay organized under pressure and deliver at a rapid pace

- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail and quality

- Portfolio showing examples of design work

Responsibilities :

- Ensure the on-time and on-spec delivery of ad campaign design files.

- Consult with the internal sales team and design products best fit their customer needs.

- Work with the Creative Solutions team leads to ensuring the quality of work meets client expectations and industry standards.

- Review designs for quality assurance and accuracy.
