Creannovent - Manager - Sales (1-8 yrs)

- To further our outreach and dimension of work, we wish to hire a Sales & Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
We need the following overall points to be covered as part of the Job Description:
A. New Business
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Extensive relationship building
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your own network.
- Identify more potential clients, areas and scopes of work alongside identifying more decision makers within the client organization you have approached already.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use your experiential negotiating skills.
- Present an image of the company that mirrors that of the client. We need to be a ONE STOP SHOP for all client needs.
B. Client Retention
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships on a day-to-day basis.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Understand and be a part of day to day work and routine jobs being conducted in the studio.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
C. Business Development Planning
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Identify the USP of our company and establish appropriate relationships
D. Management and Research
- Develop a system to lead the organisation through a list of clients and meetings
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Continuously scout for newer vendors that are beneficial to the business This is most important as a large part of our business is run on external vendors.
- Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like pre-qualification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company people and capabilities.
- Understand the company goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company performance.
