Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and manage the social media presence for Rajasthan Government.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Social Media Management :

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance the online presence of Rajasthan Government.

- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the strategic goals and public image of the Chief Minister and the Government.

2. Content Creation :

- Produce high-quality, original content, including graphics, videos, articles, and infographics.

3. Campaign Management :

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for various government initiatives and public announcements.

4. Community Engagement :

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online interactions to maintain a positive public image.

5. Analytics and Reporting :

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

6. Crisis Management :

- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to address and mitigate any potential public relations issues.

7. Collaboration :

- Work closely with the Chief Minister's office, government departments, and external stakeholders to align social media efforts with broader communication strategies.

- Coordinate with IT and legal teams to ensure compliance with digital policies and regulations.
