Crazibrain is seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing outreach campaigns, generate high-quality leads, manage LinkedIn marketing initiatives, and establish a strong PR presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, a creative mindset, and a strategic approach to building relationships with potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Marketing Outreach Campaigns :

- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting potential clients in the IT services domain.

- Identify and segment the target audience to ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness.

- Optimize outreach strategies using tools like email marketing, cold calling, and webinars.

2. Lead Generation :

- Research and build a robust pipeline of potential clients through online and offline sources.

- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team with actionable insights.

- Track lead performance and conversion rates, reporting campaign effectiveness.

3. LinkedIn Marketing :

- Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to build brand visibility and generate leads.

- Create engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content tailored to IT services audiences.

- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach and lead engagement.

- Monitor and analyze LinkedIn analytics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

4. Public Relations (PR) :

- Build and maintain media relationships to enhance the company's visibility in the IT industry.

- Draft press releases, articles, and case studies to highlight success stories and industry expertise.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build the brand reputation.

5. Analytics and Reporting :

- Use marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.

- Provide detailed reports and insights to management, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
