- Experience in calling in India Business Market. Real Estate ERP and CRM Sales experience is an addon.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Strong internet search capabilities to identify prospects/ decision makers in key accounts.
- Exposure to various tools like LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Data.com etc. for contact gathering and qualification.
- Strong tele-calling skills to create qualified leads for the sales team.
- Conduct mailing activities to generate qualified client meetings.
- Support Sales managers for client networking and account mining activities.
- Strong Ability to arrange client presentations and work samples demonstrations.
- Call up the prospective customers, explain details of the different products and services offered and convince them to buy the products.
- Make efforts to achieve the short term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization.
- Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic information is available with the company.
