JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sales Support : Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing client communications.
- CRM Management : Maintain and update the CRM system, tracking sales leads, client information, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Client Communication : Act as the point of contact for inbound leads, answering queries, and coordinating product demos or webinars.
- Sales Pipeline Monitoring : Track the sales pipeline and ensure leads move through each stage efficiently, assisting with the timely closure of deals.
- Order Processing & Documentation : Prepare sales contracts, quotations, and ensure accurate documentation for orders and payments.
- Cross-team Collaboration : Liaise with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on sales strategies and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Event Coordination : Organize and manage sales events, webinars, and virtual meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Reporting & Analysis : Generate and present regular sales performance reports, analyzing metrics like lead conversion and sales trends.
