Cranes Varsity - Manager - Sales - IT Vertical (3-5 yrs)
- Key focus will be on revenue generation by meeting targets by selling the education training business to the client's and maintaining relationships effectively.
- To develop new business opportunities by marketing education training based services.
- Develop a high working knowledge of the Sales Education Training programs, curriculum and all content.
- The Sales person will manage a team of sales account and will be responsible for the Education business in India with a goal to maximize sales performance and penetration in the Education segment.
- Achievement of revenue targets for Education Sector with a focus on Campus-wide Licenses.
- Work closely with Bangalore sales team to understand and implement the company's Educational Strategy within the territory.
- inquiry/lead events (tables/presentations at community colleges, career fairs, lunch and learns, job fairs, corporate partners)
- Experience developing marketing plans
- Comfortable talking with students/working professionals and able to retain large amounts of degree program information
- Familiarity with regional corporations and their executive leadership within the assigned geographical territory
- Generating Business from online bidding portals and from other websites.
- To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow-ups, Competition Analysis.
- Should be able to generate leads Web, Mobile app and can maintain track record of communication.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- E-Mail Marketing, Finding New Business Opportunities.
- Able to propose project budgeting to client.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
