Cranes Varsity - Academic Counsellor (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handle student queries, walk-ins and Follow-ups and counsel students to join respective course
- Effective counseling of prospective students on various aspects related to courses, infrastructure, activities, facilities etc. and the admission process of professional courses.
- Ensure that Centers achieve qualitative and quantitative executions as specified by the Corporate & according to the service delivery parameters given by R&D.
- Keep close track with Team for cold calling on database, lead generation, converting as walk ins, counseling support, closure. Batch formation, trainer allocation, student's performance and skilling
- Suggest and provide with new course offerings based on client's requirements.
- Lead generation for training enrollments
