CrackVerbal - Social Media Strategist (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
While every day as a Social Media Strategist/Community Manager is different, this is what the role's responsibilities will essentially include:
- Monitor the growth and ensure a consistent digital presence, and engagement through various communities on Facebook, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Telegram, GMAT club, Quora, and other relevant online properties.
- Set, plan and implement social media campaigns and strategies
- Respond to customers promptly across all our online platforms.
- Report any negative online reviews and take the necessary steps to manage our online reputation.
- Increase positive online reviews and feedback for CrackVerbal to create a positive brand image
- Managing Community - Quora, LinkedIn, Slack and YTube. Developing brand awareness for Founder's LinkedIn posts.
- List our mini-courses on third-party websites like Udemy & LinkedIn learning.
- Track and analyze the traffic being generated from Social media and referral websites.
- Execute link-building strategies to ensure that our content ranks high on search engines.
- Conduct interviews and collect customer testimonials.
- Discover new quality guest blogging opportunities for CrackVerbal.
The community manager should have some knowledge of how the different services provided by CrackVerbal work i.e GMAT, GRE & Admission services. Candidates with prior experience in a similar community management role would have an edge over other candidates.
