CrackVerbal - Manager - Sales/Business Development (2-5 yrs)
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage prospective customers.
What would you do?
- Achieve Sales Target
- Achieve growth through agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a given time frame.
- Maintain Conversion Ratio
- Monitor and optimize lead-to-sales conversion rates and customer LTV.

- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2C setup, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- A relevant degree, preferably an MBA.
- Exceptional communication skills to deliver sales pitches like a charm.
- Result-driven focus and experience working in an extremely target-centric role.
