Sales Lead :

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead Member. The successful candidate will meet the company's sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

What would you do?

Achieve Sales Targets

- Own the Company's sales targets and is responsible for developing and executing the plans to achieve the set targets through the inside sales team.

Manages Team

 
- Leads and motivates the sales team to improve the sales process by establishing a sales learning growth program.

Implement Strategies

- Expand the business in new markets, work on developing new products, and have a proper plan to execute these strategies.

- Set up Partnerships

- Establish and foster partnerships and collaborate to expand current business offerings in both B2C and B2B.

- Work with cross-functional teams

- Collaborate with other functions such as Delivery, Product, and Marketing to execute all the strategies effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will have :

- 8+ years of exp in the Education field in the sales lead role with a relevant degree, preferably an MBA.

- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them

- Proven results in setting and exceeding sales targets to 2X level while working closely with the sales team, startup founders & the leadership team

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, and Customers.
