Crack-ED - Executive - Telesales (0-4 yrs)
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone with the aim of selling products or services. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing information about products or services, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calling : Place outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared sales script to promote and sell products or services.
Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide information about products or services.
Product Knowledge : Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered in order to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify potential leads to determine their interest and suitability for the products or services.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
CRM Management : Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Objection Handling : Effectively handle objections and concerns raised by potential customers to address their reservations and encourage sales.
Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address additional questions, and close sales deals.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other members of the sales team and provide feedback to enhance overall sales strategies and processes.
Sales Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges to the sales manager.
