Additionally, you will provide technical support to users.
Qualifications :

- Experience in providing online support and technical support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in the education sector or online learning platforms is a plus
