This position is remote/work from home (US Shift) :-

Position: Sr. Sales Associate (US Voice Process)

Location: India

- An Voice, Email & Chat sales representative understands a company's products and services and their advantages and disadvantages.

- Candidates should be comfortable with sales / up selling and resolving customers queries.

- Lead Nurtureing

- Target oriented - Work efficiency towards achieving the process requirement and meet the specified quality standards.

- Ability to handle the multitask simultaneously.

- 6 days working and 1 Rotational Off ( depending on the requirement).

Meet Productivity Goals:-

Sales representatives meet with managers to discuss KPIs and will be eligible for incentive if they achieve or surpass sales milestones.

Experience :2 - 4

Requirement:

1. Excellent command over English language (verbal & written skills)

2. At least good orator/communicator

3. Passion and zeal for sales

4. Good Listener.

5. Ready to face pressure and demand with execution.

6. Voice, Email and Chat experience preferred

7. Candidate should have worked in the US process
