CoWrks - Executive - Sales Operations (3-6 yrs)
Role:
- Assist Director of Revenue with the overall portfolio business administration and in achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual business targets for the region
- Support City Revenue Leads in effective time and resource management
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recurring departmental and interdepartmental meetings
- Ensure all resources needed to make effective decisions are addressed (appointments, room reservations, communication systems)
- Provide clear communication and documentation on department resources, policies and best practices
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce system, ensuring data quality
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Tracking, reporting and reviewing performance against KPIs
- Implementing sales projects to support pre-sales, building openings, and long-term growth
- Communication with key stakeholders in the team, and feeding back to other functions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in economics/business or similar fields, 3 years+ experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (excellent Excel skills), knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Highly resourceful problem solver and a quick learner
- Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects/people simultaneously
- Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm, cheerful demeanor
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for the CoWrks brand
