JOB DESCRIPTION: - EXECUTIVE (INSIDE SALES)
CoWrks is seeking a passionate Executive - Inside Sales for our Bangalore team. The candidate must have proven Sales and Service experience. Our Inside Sales team will help prospective customers find the right solution when they express interest in one of our services. The role also entails market research, data collection, competition tracking, business development and nurturing influencer/channel partner relationships.
Goals and objectives :
Sales :
- Differentiate between the needs of various customer profiles
- Identify avenues to reach out to prospective clients
- Conduct outbound calls with the intent of educating prospective customers on the benefits of the various CoWrks memberships
- Handle inbound calls
- Upsell
- Strategize how to address client needs and pitch to prospective clients
- Identify how to address decision maker, influencer and user groups differently based on needs
- Nurture relationships with various business across industries
- Build & nurture channel sales
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory
Market Research :
- Understand market trends
- Understand spatial data, real estate micro-markets and demand drivers
- Track competition across geographies
- Track competitor movement across engagement initiatives / events

- Ability to build & foster relationships

- Track record of selling products and services over the phone

- End to end sales and service skills (not just a Cold Caller)
