JOB DESCRIPTION: - Content Writer
We are seeking a passionate and driven Content Writer for our Bangalore-based Content Marketing Team. Our ideal candidate has a flair for copywriting and content creation across mediums such as social media and the brand's digital presence. The candidate understands how to harness the power of content marketing to drive meaningful engagement and results. Success in the role would be achieved when the candidate is able to deliver clear and consistent copy that reflects the voice and identity of the brand.
Goals & Objectives
- Develop and derive content ideas through persistent online and offline research
- Generate clear and rich content that is relevant to the distribution platform
- Proofread content for errors, follow a zero tolerance policy for plagiarism and ensure that content is in line with the brand voice
- Iterate content and inbound marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation and engagement
- Understand and optimise digital content to maximise on-screen readability
- Work with the social media team to manage and respond to user-generated content
- Nurture and optimise content across our digital identities: web sites, mobile, social media, webinars, podcasts, reports, infographics, etc
- Collaborate with other teams to generate frequent, high-quality content across our blog and social media
- Work with the events and alliance teams to understand ongoing engagements and generate collateral that spans across newsletters, landing pages, and in-house communication
- Maintain customer case studies and develop them to form engaging content pieces
