ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
Experience : Fresher / intern
Position : Business development
Location : Bangalore
Type : Full time internship
SKILLSET REQUIRED :
- General familiarity with MS Word, email, google docs, excel, powerpoint for presentations
- General business understanding and various facets in which business decisions are taken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis and crafting campaigns
- Persistence and diligence behaviour to sell and close out contracts
- Bonus Points for experience working with customers and handling customer inquiries
- People looking to shift from BPO and call centre jobs may apply too
QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
- Any certificate program in Digital marketing and / or technical skills is a plus
- Prior experience in Customer handling roles or working in an international call center is a plus
