- General familiarity with MS Word, email, google docs, excel, powerpoint for presentations

- General business understanding and various facets in which business decisions are taken

- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills

- Analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis and crafting campaigns

- Persistence and diligence behaviour to sell and close out contracts

- Bonus Points for experience working with customers and handling customer inquiries

POSITION :

- You will be responsible for selling B2B Digital future tech products in the global marketplace

- You will be part of the Business Development Digital Marketing and Sales team for Engati

- Your role will involve selling Bots, automation, ML and AI products both online and offline

- You will perform market research, lead generation, social media and campaign creation

- You will also conduct customer product demos, sales funnel tracking, closures, and reporting

- 70% Digital 30% traditional marketing expected

QUALIFICATION :

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology

- Any certificate program in Digital marketing and/or technical skills is a plus

- Prior experience in Customer handling roles or working in an international call centre is a plus
