Job Description for Business Development Executive :

We are INDIA and US-based Web and Mobile App Development Company. Now we are expanding our team and are adding some more talent. We have requirement of International Sales Manager / Executive.

Experience Required : 2 - 4 years

Skills Set : Online Bidding, Inside Sales, International Sales.

Job Type : Full Time

Location : Indore

Responsibilities :

- Generating business leads through the online portal.

- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.

- Open to traveling outside India for growing business, client meetings, and events.

- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.

- Work with weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Work closely with other teams to develop new business.

- Create leads from various internet sources/forums/blogs/groups

- Be able to mine potential client data from various overseas business directories for cold calling.

Requirements :

- Graduate / Post Graduate with prior experience in international business development for minimum 2 to 4 years.

- Outgoing, flexible, reliable and passionate about sales and interaction with potential clients through video conferencing.

- Possessing excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral), a knack for concept selling and proposal making.

Job Responsibilities :

- Bidding and New business generation on Upwork/ ODesk

- Documentation (experience in proposal writing)

- Interacting directly with client to understand project scope, propose solutions and closing deals

- Daily reporting and CRM updates

- Meet the assigned daily/weekly/ monthly targets.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of complete sales cycle and experience contributing at different levels

- Familiarity with common terminology used in Web and Mobile apps development

- Excellent written and Verbal communication skill in English, Email writing is a must Good presentation and analytic skills

- Comfortable with international accents

- Experienced with bidding on UpWork

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Basic understanding of SDLC

- IT Service selling / product selling experience is an added advantage

- Must be comfortable working in flexible timings, if required
