Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of product offerings to provide accurate solutions to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential clients and converting them into paying customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive sales growth and improve processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the education industry, including corporate training, professional development, and vocational education markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable).
