Courseplay - Sales Development Role (2-4 yrs)

Our core product is an employee experience platform that marries learning with employee growth for leading companies around the world. We are disrupting the HR- tech market by an AI- powered ecosystem for employee experience, talent development and learning adoption.

A Lead Generation Specialist's role is primarily responsible to have a keen attention to detail,problem-solving abilities, and a curiosity to learn are essential.

Responsibilities :

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects

- Deliver sales pitch, demo, presentation and proposal to potential clients

- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

- Close new business consistently at or above quota level

- Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction

- Create case-studies of client success stories

- Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams

- Follow up for meetings with new Clients and cold Leads

- Assist in the meeting scheduling and updation of status in internal processes

- To work closely with the Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors

- To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business and use company databases to gain potential leads

Skills:

- Previous B2B or B2C sales experience

- Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)

- Passion for learning & self-improvement

- Track record of high achievement and success in or outside work

- Self-motivated and positive with a desire to succeed in a sales career

- Street-smart, tenacious and persistent in overcoming challenges/gatekeepers

Educational Qualification :

A Bachelor's Degree is required. A Master's Degree is a huge bonus

Experience :

Minimum 2 years previous experience with Lead Generation will be required
