Courseplay is an HR tech platform, serving over 400k learners worldwide, based out of Mumbai, India. Our core product is an employee experience platform that marries learning with employee growth for leading companies around the world. We are disrupting the HR-tech market by an AI-powered ecosystem for employee experience, talent development and learning adoption.

A Business Development Executive's role is primarily responsible to have a keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a curiosity to learn are essential.

Responsibilities :

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects

- Deliver sales pitch, demo, presentation and proposal to potential clients

- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status

- Close new business consistently at or above quota level

- Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction

- Create case-studies of client success stories

- Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams

- Follow up for meetings with new Clients and cold Leads

- Assist in the meeting scheduling and updation of status in internal processes

- To work closely with the Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors

- To use company databases to gain potential leads

- To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business

Skills :

- Previous B2B or B2C sales experience

- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner

- Good verbal and written skills

- A positive approach to objection handling is essential

Educational Qualification :

- A Bachelor's Degree is required

- A Master's Degree is a huge bonus

Experience :

- 2-4 years previous experience with Lead Generation will be required

Full-time positions at Firstventure Corporation require a commitment to work a minimum of 45 hours each week, Monday to Friday.
