CourseLeap - Manager - Sales & Growth (2-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a Sales and Admissions Executive for our Edtech startup, which offers online courses to learners.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the business by driving and implementing effective sales and advisory.
- The role requires a combination of strong communication, strategic thinking, and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire admissions sales cycle, from lead generation to closing admissions
- Provide advisory services on courses for our flagship programs including IB and mathematics
- Interfacing with students and parents and anticipating their requirements and designing programs appropriately
- Decisive, efficient team approach, outstanding communications skills & customer relationship management
- Administrative support for Admissions, invoicing and monthly MIS reports
- Use analytics and data to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates
