Country Sales Head - IT (15-17 yrs)
Job Description :
- 15+years of experience in IT sales, good experience in educational industry.
- Should have PAN India sales experience, handling the large account
- Should be flexible to travel around all location in India
- Work on sales forecasting, strategic planning, market analysis and Business Intelligence and report to the top management from time to time
- Finalization of marketing plans, media/branding plans including various BTL activities for promoting the company products and services
- Be responsible for tendering, contract and related processes end to end as advised and approved strictly by the top management
- Be responsible for pre sales activity including collection of key data, BI reports, evangelize the company products and services and ensure knowledge management across the team
- Handle large government contracts, state level tie ups and strategic tie ups
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey and customer support activities and bring to the notice of top management of any critical issues for closure
- Be responsible and hold accountable for the P&L of the company as per the business plan approved by the top management
- Be responsible for revenue collection as per the targets
- Share the grand vision of the company and motivate the team to peak performance
