Zapier is starting to rolling out its operations and is actively looking for a Country Manager to oversee the company in India. The primary goal is to adapt and validate the business model to the local requirements and stabilize operations, to then focus on profitable growth, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in working with healthcare regulatory affairs and its respective agencies.

- At least 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar leading position.

- Previous experience in a start-up in the healthcare industry is a plus.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills for representing Zapier at national level conferences and round table events.

- Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and follow-through with a focus on the delivery of the highest quality service possible.

- Not to be afraid to dream big and make mistakes.

- To be comfortable working always with on-demand resources in an entirely distributed environment.

- Self-managed person.

- Strong leader.
