Job Description :
a. Lead Generation
i. Execute market research to identify B to B and B to C marketing and lead generation channels for the Partner University
ii. Use the current marketing data to make appropriate decisions on marketing channels that produce the most ROI and generate required number of leads as per targets agreed upon
iii. Establish a referral program with selected agents in-country
iv. Establish B to C marketing channels including identification of educational institutions to present on a regular basis to prospective students, generate leads to convert to applications and matriculations.
v. Represent the Partner University at student fairs and related events to increase brand presence and generate leads.
vi. Creating India specific marketing materials for promotion of the university to students and parents and administrators of high schools, colleges and universities
b. Lead Management Support
i. Serve as primary contact and admissions counselor for prospective students for the Partner University in India
ii. Possess in-depth knowledge about schools, degrees, programs, majors, admissions requirements, scholarships, assistantships, ranking, accreditations, student life, tuition and international student support offered at the Partner University.
iii. Respond to all online inquiries generated by the Partner University through their online portal, email channels and phone calls providing excellent customer service and accurate university information within one business day.
iv. Regularly follow-up with inquires through emails and phone calls to convert them to applications and tracking the progress through CRM
v. Strictly adhere to the communication protocol advised by the Partner University in inquiry response and university communications.
c. Agent Support Management
i. Serve as a primary contact for all ELS agents in India
ii. Create and share student presentations, marketing materials and provide training to agencies and their counselors about schools, degrees, programs, majors, admissions requirements, scholarships, assistantships, ranking, accreditations, student life, tuition and international student support offered at the Institution.
iii. Respond to all inquiries generated by the Partner University representatives and agents through their online portal, email channels and phone calls providing excellent customer service and accurate university information within one business day.
iv. Strictly adhere to the communication protocol advised by the Partner University in Agent response process.
v. Regularly follow-up with agencies to provide presentations to their prospective students and helping with converting the prospects to applicants.
vi. Provide application processing support to agencies as needed
vii. Enter and track all emails and phone calls communications with agencies through CRM
d. Student Counseling:
i. Prepare materials and information about the Partner University required for counseling of prospective students through university/department & program contacts, web research, ELS Super services, universityguide.org, ELS Corp site etc to build updated university information for accurate guidance.
ii. Counsel students as needed using CRM system, email, phone and in person by providing accurate information
iii. Stay in regular contact with prospective/interested students to ensure conversion to an applicant and then to matriculate.
iv. Send regular newsletters about the Partner University to all inquiries and prospective students.
e. Application Process Management
i. Serve as the India Satellite office for the Partner University in processing applications for all programs levels.
ii. Receive and process all the Partner University applications from students and agents in a highly professional and timely manner following the application processing protocol established.
iii. Work closely with the university applications processing team at the Partner University helping with the screening and prequalification of candidate applications, validation of documents, scanning of documents and entry of candidates to master university admissions databases for the Partner University from India
iv. Securely store all application materials received for the Partner University after processing and mail the documents to the Partner University on agreed intervals or as agreed otherwise.
v. Provide any application processing support or answer any questions in filling in the application for the Partner University, required documents, standardized test requirements and any other requirements as advised by the institution.
vi. Follow-up with students and agents on a regular basis on incomplete applications to ensure the application is fully completed in time for processing.
f. Yield Management Support
i. Regularly follow-up with admitted students through personalized communication via emails and phone calls to encourage matriculation to the Partner University
ii. Co-ordinate presentations with the Partner University faculty and alumni to elevate the Partner University as the university of choice among admitted students
iii. Use social media and other online platforms to connect prospective students, current students and alumni for exchange of the Partner University experience on campus and beyond
iv. Organize and execute a pre-departure orientation for departing students to the Partner University
Qualification : US university PG or UG degree mandatory
Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
