Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience in International Sales & Marketing.
- Overall responsible for business development in the West African Countries.
- Analyzing business potential, conceptualized and executed plans to identify new customers and enhance sales, Overcoming complex business.
- Administer all operations and develop appropriate marketing strategies to enhance growth in West African market.
- Review all market strategies for customers and evaluate all marketing plans to achieve objectives.
- Analyze market and develop forecasts for market.
- Coordinate with team and monitor all everyday activities and resolve all customer complaints appropriately.
- Prepare reports to be submitted to management.
- Responsible for taking sales to next level.
- Significant contributor in maximizing revenue growth, operational performance & profitability and in controlling costs.
- Evaluate performance of existing Channel Partners, distributor, dealer, retail trade partners on monthly basis.
- Ready to travel in West African Countries for promotional activities, sales campaign, product launches etc.
Required Candidate profile :
- Ready to travel in West African Countries for promotional activities, sales campaign, product launches etc.
- Managing and leading a large team of RSMs, ASM, Associates etc
- Very Strong Leadership skills to lead the team members to achieve the Assigned goals.
