Country Head - Sales - BFS (5-7 yrs)
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building business in the Indian Subcontinent; will manage local office
- Ability to perform administrative and development functions to start up and manage business
- Handle phone calls, e-mails, live customer chat while assisting the marketing department to adapt global marketing strategies to local market (create new promotions, landing pages, products and features)
- The candidate should we able to get his Sales team or organize and manage local sales team once it will be created
- Will promote business in local language industry-specific forums and organize local language training, seminars, webinars.
- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of Sales Executives, recruit and train new talents
- Establish sales objectives, monitor results and develop strong client relations
- Provide translation assistance for marketing department with regards to local language website, banners, marketing materials and meet monthly business development targets as set forth by the management
- Analyze marketing trends and track competitors, activities and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning operational & marketing strategies of the Company.
- This is a job full-time and the Country Head will report to the Chief Business Head and will be required to communicate mainly with him either by email or by Skype/phone
