Country Harvest - Executive - Modern Trade (4-6 yrs)
Play a key role in achieving company sales target & growth through reaching out to traders and MT retailers in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa. Identify potential bits/route.
- Retailer relationship development in the assigned territory. designing and executing specific promotions, offers, sampling with coordination with internal marketing team.
- Drive & facilitate smooth and effective management of stores like Reliance Retail, Metro Cash & Carry, Big Basket, also manage for new store launches with sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales and ensure modern trade through various marketing and trade marketing plans, adding value to assigned brands.
- Review marketing plan and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand targets (distribution and trade marketing activities) and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency.
- Continuous evaluation of business opportunities.
- Ensure efficient management of A&P budget / funds by monitoring sales against expenditure by sector on a monthly basis
- Develop new and consolidate existing relationship with retailers and or trade partners
