The counter Sale Channel will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and mentoring a team of agents, and achieving sales targets in line with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) within the Agency Channel.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the agency channel.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents in line with company policies.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide regular market feedback to the senior management for the development of new products or adjustments to existing offerings.
Desired candidate profile:
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale
