Counselor/Telecounseling - Sales - EduTech (1-5 yrs)
Job Location- Janakpuri, New Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done over the phone.
- Performing counseling & career guidance to working professionals via phone.
- Responsible for converting prospects into Enrollment.
- Responsible for resolving queries related to the course offered.
- Responsible for maintaining day to day reports as required.
Key Skills Required :
- Must have excellent communication skills & convincing power.
- Should be comfortable for tele- counseling.
- Should have relevant experience in counseling.
- Should be at least graduate.
Working Days: 6 days (Monday till Saturday)
Office Timings: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM
