Job Description :
- Inbound Voice Process
- Managing queries of the existing client base of coaching
- Convincing skills
- Communicate with the candidates over call.
- Follow up with candidates
- Building and managing strong relationship with candidates
Skills Required :
- Good communication skills
- Good decision making
- Strong commitment to customer care and quality
- Proficiency in English and Hindi in both, oral and written communication
Who Can Apply :
- Any 10+2 qualified or Graduate (Pursuing or qualified) (Any Stream can apply)
