Counselor - Sales - Education (2-9 yrs)
Currently we are hiring for Counsellor for Different location
Responsibilities and Duties :
1) Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & converting them to enrollments.
2) Responsible for career counseling for prospective learners and their parents.
3) Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided.
4) Counsel students regarding educational courses and program selection and admission requirements.
5) Resolve student queries relating to the course.
6) Conducting Seminars/Workshops in colleges.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Prior experience of at least 2-5 years in counselling and admission of students.
2. Sales experience from the education industry only. Preferred Courses includes film making, Animation, Modelling, Photography, Fashion Designing.
3. Should be experienced in Customer facing roles.
4. Confident personality and good communication.
5. Preferably females.
Working days- 6 days (Roster Off)
CTC- Fixed (3.6-6 lpa) + Incentives
