Counselor - Sales - Education (0-3 yrs)
The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online chat processes.
- Outbound process: Sell, Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
- Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
- Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.
- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
- Regularly follow up for lead generations through Tele-calling
- Excellent English skills are a must
