Role Overview:
Ginger Partners is excited to partner with a leading Edtech company based in Delhi that specializes in finance education. We are looking for a Sales Counselor who will guide prospective students through their educational journey, helping them choose courses that align with their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential students through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Provide consultative sales approaches to understand the educational needs and career goals of prospective students.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of course offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment through effective follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to foster a positive enrollment experience and encourage referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate records of interactions with prospects and students.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to align strategies and enhance the student experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, marketing, or business is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Edtech or education sector.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on meeting student needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in any CRM software.
