Position: Sales Counselor

Location: New Delhi

Job Summary:


As a Sales Counselor, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of an innovative EdTech company in New Delhi, dedicated to transforming education through cutting-edge technology and high-quality content. Your role will involve guiding prospective students through their educational journey, understanding their needs, presenting our course offerings, and ensuring they enroll in programs that best align with their career aspirations.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential students through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Provide personalized recommendations on course selection based on the educational needs and career goals of prospective students.

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our course offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the benefits to prospects.

- Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment through regular follow-ups.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a positive enrollment experience and encourage referrals.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects and students in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to align strategies and improve the overall student experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in education, marketing, or business is a plus.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on meeting student needs.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Proficiency in CRM software.
