Counselor/Executive - Sales/Business Development - eLearning/EduTech (1-3 yrs)
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Expertise in handling outbound sales
- Indulging the prospective leads into the product for final conversion
- Helping candidates understand the product and develop the necessary need for the product
- Getting maximum lead conversion for each batch of the course
- One point contact for all pre/post-sale queries of the product
- Responsible for coordinating with the sales and product head to ensure smooth communication within the team
- Manage front-line sales promoters, communicate relevant information, and target tracking
- Delivering training sessions & policy presentations to sales teams
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Analyse the responses of leads, maintain a tracker and suggest suitable response actions
- Handle the processing of all leads with accuracy and timeliness
Ideal Candidate :
Skills & Experience Required :
Required Experience : Experience 1-3 years work-wise in the capacity of Sales Trainer/counsellor
Preferred Industry/Company : E-Learning/EdTech
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and responsible, multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Good computer skills (MS Office), especially knowledge of Excel formulae (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
