The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- To provide timely and relevant investment advisory services to clients.
- Analyzing clients' risk appetite, investment preferences and return expectations and proposing investment solutions accordingly.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Dialing 100-150 calls giving 3-5 hours talk time.
- Selling an equity-based product on call from scratch to end.
- The candidate will be responsible to do counseling of interested customers and to suggest best Investment plans as per his/her financial requirements.
- The candidate will be responsible to convert the interested customers into clients through doing proactively follow-ups and counseling.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within an Investment Advisor, Sales (B2C) or Telesales role, ideally within the Consulting industry.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
