Counsellor - Sales - Education (1-4 yrs)
- Your role would be of a Sales Counsellor who would be required to sell the training programs pertaining to the IT and BFSI industry .
- As a Sales Counsellor, you would be expected to counsel the prospects effectively for the programs thereby ensuring that the prospect enrolls for the program which is most suitable to his/ her profile and need.
You shall be designated as Program Advisor.
1. Calling & Following up with potential learners to propagate company's mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
2. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
3. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
4. Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.
